Problem

I am having trouble launching instances.  The command manage-instance launch says the launch is successful, but the instance fails with the following message:

One or more specified logical volume(s) not found.

Possible Solutions

There may be a problem with the server.  If you have just reserved the server, release it, reserve a different one, and try launching again.  If you have other instances on the server, please contact create a ticket at https://portal.appnexus.com/ or contact us at support@xandr.com

Possible cause

Most likely, the error was caused by interrupted communication between the Xen host and API server.
